About the Role
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of the office by completing a wide range of administrative tasks. You will develop key organisational, communication, and IT skills while learning how a professional business environment operates.
What You’ll Do at Work
The apprentice will complete a range of duties which will include, but are not limited to:
Create job sheets and job packs
Read, reply to, and organise incoming emails
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Perform data entry and update records accurately
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Manage office supplies and place orders when required
Carry out general clerical duties including photocopying and mailing
Keep accurate, reliable, and up-to-date records
Input data accurately with strong attention to detail
Follow data protection and confidentiality procedures
Attend, organise, and set up meetings as required
Type letters, notes, and other business documentation
Training and Development
Work towards a nationally recognised Business Administration Apprenticeship
Receive on-the-job training and support from experienced team members
Attend off-the-job training as required by the apprenticeship provider
Develop transferable skills including communication, organisation, and customer care
Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs or equivalent, including:
Maths – Grade 9–4 (A–C)
English – Grade 9–4 (A–C)
Skills and Personal Qualities

Basic IT skills

Future Prospects
