Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) & Room Leader Roles – London
Action Staffing LTD is currently recruiting passionate and qualified Early Years professionals to join several high-quality nurseries across London. We have immediate openings for both Level 3 Nursery Practitioners and experienced Room Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the EYFS curriculum through creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
Act as a Key Person, monitoring children's progress and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and child safety are met at all times.
(For Room Leaders) Lead a small team and oversee daily room operations.
Requirements:
A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Childcare/Early Years (Required).
Strong knowledge of UK safeguarding procedures and the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
