We are currently hiring a Test Engineer on behalf of our client company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a rapidly growing team working at the forefront of technology. As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Development throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure that systems meet the highest standards of functionality and performance. The role involves both manual and automated testing, defect analysis, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and contribute to user stories to ensure all testing aspects are considered.
Collaborate closely with team members throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing including System, Integration, Regression, and Exploratory testing.
Analyse, design, develop, and implement automation tests where appropriate.
Identify, monitor, and report defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
Support the development and maintenance of robust automation frameworks.
Ensure testing activities follow best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality and maintainable test suites.
Essential Criteria:
Proven testing experience within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers.
Strong experience in both manual and automated testing of web or mobile applications, including backend services and databases.
Ability to analyse, build, and maintain automation frameworks using clean and maintainable code aligned with coding standards.
Proficiency with SQL Server or equivalent database systems, including writing and executing SQL queries.
