Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food to a high standard in a busy kitchen environment.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
Assist with menu planning, creating specials, and contributing fresh, fun ideas.
Work efficiently under pressure while ensuring quality and consistency.
Support and motivate the team with a positive, can-do attitude.
Step in to help with other areas of the park when the kitchen is quiet (team spirit is everything here!).
Deliver friendly service and help maintain the joyful, community feel of Charlie Park Softplay.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
Ability to manage fast-paced service calmly and efficiently.
A joy for working around children and families.
A great team player who can also work independently on own initiative.
Excellent work ethic with a hands-on approach.
Creative flair and an interest in developing menus and specials.
Positive mindset, energy, and enthusiasm for an ever-changing, rewarding role.
