The governors wish to appoint a passionate practitioner to join our team. You will work as part of the wider school team to ensure that all pupils, when both supporting and covering classes, are making expected progress and attain at a level that is appropriate to them.

Therefore, you should be a professional who wishes to embrace research-based practice within the classroom, have great communication skills in order to work as a team, and be able to see areas for development in your own practice.
