Bodyshop Advisor Required in Haverfordwest
Our client, a well-established and reputable family-run accident repair centre, is actively seeking an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy bodyshop in Haverfordwest. This role of Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service within a dynamic automotive environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and current earnings
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Full in-house training and manufacturer-led development programmes

- 40 or 42.5 hours working week, Monday to Friday, with options for flexible start times (8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm)
Duties:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Booking vehicles in for repairs and liaising with management to track progress
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection at the promised time
- Providing exceptional customer care, including arranging onward travel and vehicle updates
- Managing vehicle handovers after repair completion and maintaining ongoing customer relationships
- Maintaining thorough product and service knowledge through ongoing manufacturer-led training
- Promoting additional services or repairs through a sales-oriented approach
- Upkeep of good housekeeping standards and accurate administrative documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Experience working with customer service desk functions
- Familiarity with automotive systems such as Autoflow is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward customer care
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well within a team
