Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting for Production Line Operatives with machine operating responsibilities to join a busy pet food manufacturing site in Old Leake.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern food production environment, supporting the operation of machinery and ensuring production lines run efficiently. The position is suited to candidates who have experience working in food manufacturing, production, or machine operation and who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties:

Operating and overseeing machinery on the production line

Assisting with the coordination of line activities to maintain productivity
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed

Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is highly desirable
- Experience operating machinery or working on automated production lines
- Good communication skills and level of English (spoken and written)

Own transport is required due to the location of the site

Reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude
Permanent role
You will work on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, covering both day and night shifts:
07:00 – 19:00 (Days)
19:00 – 07:00 (Nights)
Starting wage £14.10 per hour (Raising to £14.60 p/h as of April 2026)
Overtime paid at time and a quater
Weekly pay.
28 day annual leave pro-rata
