Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver - Staindrop

The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Road Sweeper Drivers to support our client based in Staindrop. Operating within the construction and aggregates sector, our client is seeking reliable drivers with proven Class 2 road sweeper experience. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers with at least 12 months' experience operating a Class 2 road sweeper.

The Role:

· Operate a Class 2 road sweeper safely and efficiently across assigned routes

· Clean out your cab after each shift to maintain high standards of hygiene

· Follow all company and safety procedures while driving and operating equipment

The Candidate:

· Minimum 12 months proven experience driving a Class 2 road sweeper

· Valid Cat C (Class 2) driving licence, CPC card, and Digital Tachograph card

· Ability to work alone and manage your route efficiently

· Reliable, professional, and committed to excellent timekeeping

Hours of Work:

· Monday to Friday

· Start times between 6:00am and 7:00am

Pay Rate (PAYE):

· £13.25 per hour
