Working Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri
Pay rate: £14.20 per hour
Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our public sector client based in Liverpool. This is a temporary assignment which will run until 27/05/26 with a possible extension, although not guaranteed.
Job description:
As a User Administrator, you will join a small team that manages user accounts, permissions, and access rights across HSE's IT systems. The role ensures compliance with security standards, supports onboarding and offboarding processes, and provides assistance for account‑related issues. It requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Technology Division, HR, and other divisions.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
- Assign and manage user roles and permissions based on job requirements and security policies.
- Remove access for departing employees and maintain accurate records of changes.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve account-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all assigned incidents and requests are acknowledged and resolved within the defined SLA timelines to maintain compliance and avoid breaches.
Requirements:
- Experience in using MS365, especially Excel and SharePoint is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- A confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and end‑users, with a highly organised and methodical approach to work.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively and work to agreed SLA deadlines.
- Experience in using ServiceNow or other request fulfilment/incident management systems.
