Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect

- Location: Central London, 1 day per week, 4 days from home
- Contract Length: Initial 6 Months
- Rate: £550-575pd Inside IR35

Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise solutions built on Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle Cloud technologies. This role bridges business requirements and technical architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX).

  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical and functional solution designs.

  • Define system architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and security models.

  • Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and optimisations.

  • Design integration's between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.

  • Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, security, and governance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders, project managers, developers, and functional consultants.

  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices.

  • Support data migration, system configuration, and testing strategies.

  • Document solution architecture, standards, and technical designs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX).

  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle integration technologies.

  • Experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, data modelling, and cloud solution design.

  • Experience leading large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations or transformations.

  • Understanding of security frameworks, identity management, and compliance in cloud environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
