Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Promoting independence, confidence, and overall well-being
Supporting individuals to access the community and engage in meaningful activities
Following personalised care plans and behaviour support strategies
Assisting with medication administration and accurate record-keeping
Building trusting relationships through empathy, consistency, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting adults or young adults with autism, learning disabilities, or other complex needs
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
Strong communication and observational skills
Proactive, empathetic, and person-centred approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Eligibility to work in the UK
