Curriculum Administrator – Stroud School of Art
Role Information:

Location: Stroud Campus
FTE Salary: up to £25,572.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Term-Time only
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Communicating to and supporting students attending across the study programme
• Supporting trip organisation
• Organising and tracking department finances
• Organising and tracking department data, including for moderation purposes
• Organising and developing documentation for the department
• Using Microsoft Teams to share opportunities to students
• Supporting and leading in department strategy
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
• Experience of working in administration roles is preferable
• Adaptable organisational and time-management skills, including personally
• Confidence in interpreting and tracking data
