Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager/Diocesan Surveyor to oversee clergy housing and diocesan residential properties in the Diocese. This is an excellent opportunity to use your professional expertise to support our clergy and contribute to long‑term asset stewardship.
You will manage all aspects of the residential property portfolio in the southern area of the Diocese, ensuring statutory compliance, high maintenance standards, effective planning, and strong relationship‑management with clergy, parishes, contractors, and colleagues.
We’re looking for:
Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or equivalent experience
Strong property, compliance & project management skills
Excellent communicator, organised & compassionate
Able to work across a varied residential portfolio
