About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to oversee the day-to-day running of our Central Stock Hub. This role ensures materials are delivered to sites on time and that goods are accurately packed and dispatched to carriers and internal logistics teams.

You will play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations, managing stock levels, ensuring reliable inventory records, and supporting the use of RFID technology to improve stock control and operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone who can

Manage stock levels to ensure materials are available to support operational needs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the security and accountability of all goods.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and auditing of materials using Tagworx RFID and Business Central systems.
Utilise RFID technology to track inventory, maintain tagging, and support sites with scanner issues.
Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and dispatch of stock to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Produce and maintain accurate inventory documentation, reports, and system updates.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and operational efficiency.
Lead and support the stock hub team, promoting high standards, development, and effective teamwork.
Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Previous experience preforming checks and audits to verify inventory accuracy and integrity
Numeracy and data accuracy with high level of attention to detail
Experience of Team Management and proven track record of leading and developing a team.
Knowledge of stock management and inventory best practices
Prior experience coordinating stock deliveries, transfers and reconciliation
The ability to utilise RFID technology to track inventory movements and improve accuracy
Experience maintaining comprehensive records of pricing, purchases, and other relevant inventory information
The ability to implement and refine inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Have a good understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
Understand quality assurance processes in procurement and inventory
