Expert in the Appraisal and Job Planning software. Responsible for Annual Medical Appraisal and Job Planning processes for Medical and Dental staff across the Trust. Ensuring electronic system, Allocate for Medical Appraisal and Job Planning is fully maintained and utilised by medical staff and the trained Appraisers. Appraiser training compliance, allocation of appraisers, delivery of training along with our AMD for Medical Appraisal to managers and medical staff. Monitor compliance rates for Medical Appraisal and provide data to Medical Staffing Service Lead and Responsible Officer. Organise and attend annual audit reviews of Medical Appraisal samples and collate data for submission to committees. Production of Annual Organisational Audit data annually and production of report to Trust Board for ratification prior to submission to the NHSI.
