Requirements
The Service Controller will support the Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations.
- A point of contact for customers reporting emergency works throughout the day, ensuring that the customer is kept up to date regularly
- Engaging with Technicians on a daily basis to deal with the emergency works that have been reported. This could result in postponing routine call outs so engaging with customers to inform them of same
- Planning and scheduling routine contractual visits with techs and customers
- Dealing with all Customer complaints and enquiries.
- Assisting SCM in any service related projects.
- Liaising with internal account managers to pass back and forth information.
Service Controller Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience with good IT skills is preferred
- Proficient user of Office 365 and Google Drive is preferred
- Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work using your initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Be able to be adaptable and responsive
