Overview
A friendly family based in Weybridge are seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Housekeeper/Nanny to support the smooth running of their home and assist with light childcare for their two school-aged children.
The role is predominantly housekeeping-focused, with occasional childcare support such as school pick-ups and club drop-offs. The family are looking for someone organised, independent and caring, who can take initiative and maintain a well-run household environment.
Both parents work, with one parent often working from home and the other splitting time between home and London. This role would suit an experienced candidate who enjoys working within a busy family home and is comfortable managing their own workload.
Key Responsibilities
• General housekeeping and maintaining the home to a high standard
• Ironing and laundry
• Bed making and wardrobe organisation
• Organising clothing and general household areas
• Preparing simple family meals if required
• School pick-up and occasional club drop-off for the children
• Supporting the smooth running of the household
Requirements
• Previous experience working in a private household
• Strong organisational and housekeeping skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Friendly, caring and confident around children
• Good standard of spoken English
• First Aid certification required
• Full right to work in the UK
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
