About the Role

Wright Staff is launching a temporary industrial recruitment desk and is looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Consultant ready to step into management.

This is a start-up temp desk, backed by a strong and established client base built over 20+ years through our driving and permanent recruitment divisions. You will have the opportunity to build, grow, and lead the industrial desk with clear progression into management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and develop a temp industrial desk from scratch
Win new business and grow existing client relationships
Convert existing clients into industrial opportunities
Manage and grow accounts, fill rates, and margins
Lead and develop resourcers / consultants as the desk grows
Work closely with senior management on growth and performance

About You

Proven experience in temporary industrial recruitment
Strong billing and business development background
Ready to step into management or already mentoring others
Commercial, driven, and hands-on
Motivated by building something long-term
