Nursery Manager - Up to £46,000

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Recent experience working as a Nursery Manager
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience managing Ofsted inspections and regulatory standards
- Ability to lead staff and manage the daily running of a nursery
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily operation of the nursery and maintain safe, organised routines
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality early years education in line with EYFS
- Monitor learning outcomes and ensure activities support children’s development
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards
- Support and supervise staff, including training and performance management
- Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s development
