Summary

Nursery Manager - Up to £46,000

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

  • Recent experience working as a Nursery Manager

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • Experience managing Ofsted inspections and regulatory standards

  • Ability to lead staff and manage the daily running of a nursery



What You’ll Do



  • Oversee the daily operation of the nursery and maintain safe, organised routines

  • Lead the team in delivering high-quality early years education in line with EYFS

  • Monitor learning outcomes and ensure activities support children’s development

  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards

  • Support and supervise staff, including training and performance management

  • Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s development
