We are currently working with a well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee a busy construction site in Kent.

Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the South East and has a healthy pipeline of secured work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Manager to join a growing contractor offering long-term career prospects.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors

• Ensure the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards

• Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site

• Manage site logistics and programme delivery

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and the wider construction team

• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor

• Strong background managing busy construction sites

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme
