Summary
Little Beans Garland are looking to employ a passionate and motivated individual to become part of our friendly team as a Qualified Room Leader. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a real interest in children's learning and development.
The role entails assisting the manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery. The ideal candidate must be able to follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements. As a Room Leader, you would be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals.
Experience of being a room leader is desirable.
It is essential they have a level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.

The successful applicant will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
