We have an exciting and great opportunity to recruit a Personal Assistant for our team. We are a flexible organisation and are currently working in a hybrid manner.

In this role, you will be part of a Team supporting our Councillors to deliver outstanding results for the city.

The skills you will bring to the role will include:

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative background and looking to develop those skills further in an interesting and challenging environment.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to prepare minutes.
  • An awareness of the role of a Councillor.
  • The ability to work flexibly as part of a busy team, working to strict deadlines and managing conflicting demands.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience of dealing with confidential information.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude.

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

Who are we looking for?

Member Services is a team of ESOs and PAs who all work in a collaborative, open and honest manner. We are supportive of each other, and we have an excellent method of sharing best practices in all that we do. Any recruits to our team will have a comprehensive induction and support to help them integrate into their new role.
