As an Interventions Facilitator in our Justice and Immigration team, you’ll deliver accredited and non‑accredited offending behaviour programmes that support rehabilitation and positive change. Your work will help participants build the skills and insights they need to move toward better futures.
You’ll be part of a team that creates safe, supportive and structured environments where individuals can reflect, grow, and change. It’s purposeful work that directly contributes to reducing reoffending and improving outcomes for people and their communities.
What you’ll do as an Interventions Facilitator You’ll be entrusted to:
- Deliver structured group and one‑to‑one programme sessions using core psychological principles and motivational techniques
- Assess participants’ readiness for treatment and identify responsivity needs
- Keep accurate and timely records, including session notes and post‑programme reports
- Engage constructively with participants to encourage behavioural change
- Reflect on your practice and continuously develop across the six core competencies
- Attend supervision, complete mandatory training, and support broader establishment objectives
