Location: Liverpool, L8
Hours: Evening & Weekend Work
• Typical shift: 7:00pm – 2:00am (Approx)
• Occasional weekday shifts: 5:00pm – 11:00pm (Approx)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Event Cleaning Working Supervisor to lead a small team at a busy event venue. This is a hands-on role where you will supervise while also working alongside your team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a team of 3/4 cleaning staff during events
• Ensure all areas remain clean, safe, and presentable throughout the event
• Communicate effectively with the on-site client, event organisers and other departments on site
• Use a radio system to coordinate staff and respond quickly to requests
• Monitor cleaning standards and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Assist the team where required to maintain service levels
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning supervisory or team leader experience required, specifically within large events
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and other departments
• Ability to manage, lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using two-way radios and responding to instructions quickly
• Reliable, professional, and able to work late evenings and weekends
• Able to remain organised and calm during busy live events
