We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to carry out ongoing works at residential and managed properties across London.
This role involves a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties.
Typical Responsibilities
• Door and lock adjustments or replacements
• Kitchen unit repairs and installations
• Silicone sealing and bathroom refurb touch-ups
• Painting preparation and touch-ups
• Flat-pack furniture assembly and fittings
• Basic electrical fixture changes (lights, switches, sockets)
• External upkeep such as fences, gates and garden structures
• General handyman and reactive repair works
Requirements
• Proven experience in property maintenance or handyman work
• Own tools and transport
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Good communication and reliability
• Experience working in residential properties
Work Details
