Crynodeb

Deliver high-quality urgent and primary care consultations for patients of all ages. Undertake clinical triage asrequired. Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute presentations within UTC scope. Makeappropriate referralsto acute specialties, A&E, community services, or the patients registered GP. Prescribein accordance withUTC formulary guidelines. Provide health promotion and education, includingappropriate useof NHS services. Completeaccurateclinical documentation and coding using electronic patient record systems (Cerner iCare). Produce discharge summaries and referral documentationin a timely manner. Practise within UTC diagnostic specifications.
