As a key member of our legal cashiering team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success while working both independently and collaboratively. You will also support junior staff and manage client accounts with precision and care.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in a legal cashiering role or have a similar financial background.
Desired qualifications include ILFM, CIMA Cert, BA, or MAAT.
Proficiency with legal software and strong IT skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of Solicitor Accounts Rules.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile account transactions accurately.
Ensure compliance with Solicitor Accounts Rules.
Take responsibility for the clients you manage, ensuring high-quality service.
Oversee and support junior staff, including providing holiday cover.
Work across multiple clients and legal software platforms.
Perform general housekeeping and tackle ad hoc duties as they arise.
