What You Do Matters

Your role includes:
• Visiting clients in Fareham, Gosport, Locks Heath and surrounding areas
• Supporting with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting with medication and mobility
• Preparing meals and helping with household tasks
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing
• Communicating with families and health professionals
• Following our safeguarding policies
You’ll work in people’s homes and communities, helping them live with dignity, safety, and joy.
