We are looking for two part-time administrators to join our friendly and purpose‑driven Ministry Training & Support Team, helping to equip and support lay and ordained ministers across the diocese. The two roles are:
Ministry Training & Support Team Administrator – Lay Ministry
Ministry Training & Support Team Administrator - IME2
With the Lay Ministry role you’ll coordinate training events and courses, support the Exploring Spirituality programme, and keep records and communications running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organised, people‑focused, is confident with Microsoft Office and online systems, and who enjoys bringing structure, warmth, and creativity to their work.
With the IME2 role you will organise training events, support the IME2 process by tracking submission and handling enquires. You will also ensure records, documents and communications are up to date. If you enjoy keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and being a friendly point of contact for a busy team, we'd love to hear from you.
