Crynodeb

We are actively seeking an experienced and confident recruitment professional to join Team iKlean. Based within our small, friendly office team but supporting a large-scale operation across festivals, events, and sporting venues throughout the UK, this is a varied and hands-on hybrid role.

Our ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and be confident managing the full hiring process, from advertising roles and interviewing candidates to right-to-work checks and staff rota coordination. This position also involves travel to festivals and events across the UK to support Site Managers with on-site administrative and staffing tasks, so flexibility and a full driving licence are highly beneficial.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Recruitment Assistant to support our growing workforce operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, onboarding, and coordinating event staff, ensuring smooth staffing transitions across multiple live sites. This role offers the opportunity to combine office-based recruitment coordination with on-site event support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advertise and manage job postings across recruitment platforms and internal channels

Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews

Complete right-to-work checks and onboarding documentation

Coordinate and collate staff rotas to ensure efficient site coverage

Maintain accurate recruitment records and staff databases

Liaise with Site Managers to confirm staffing requirements and updates

Provide administrative support during festivals and events across the UK

Handle recruitment enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Assist with recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation using Microsoft Office

Support shared recruitment and staffing inboxes for staff and client communication

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or staffing coordination

Confident interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Confidence using recruitment or workforce management systems

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

Flexible approach with willingness to travel and support events across the UK

Full UK driving licence highly desirable

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised recruitment professional to join a supportive team while gaining hands-on experience across major UK festivals and events.
