What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the school’s SEND strategy, tracking provision and ensuring impact
• Developing and delivering staff training across all phases
• Coordinating EHC plans, reviews, and multiagency partnerships
• Empowering support staff with actionable strategies and ongoing mentorship
• Analysing data to shape interventions and demonstrate progress
• Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals to drive outcomes
