What skills and experience we're looking for

We are currently looking for a part-time Kitchen Assistant to assist in all aspects of food and beverage preparation, cooking and serving of meals. It will also include the operation of tills, cleaning the large dining room after service, washing-up and cleaning of equipment. Training will be provided.
