**Job purpose:**
* I am looking for a PA to support my 9 year old son who has autism and attends a specialist school. He is non verbal but is also starting to say a few words. He thoroughly enjoys being outdoors, soft play,swimming.
* Weekend work during term time as my son has a routine during the week for school .
**Work Duties will include:**
Identify local social activities
Motivating and encouraging my son to take part and try new things
Helping them to develop social skills

Establishing and maintaining effective communication with both myself and maintaining confidentiality.
Always ensuring the safety of the child

**Requirements for applicant **
Imagination in relation to activities to undertake
Good sense of humour
Flexible, reliable and honest
Physically fit, agile and energetic
Experience with children with Autism essential
Full driving license with business insurance within your policy (not essential as my son has a bus pass with a carer added on it)
DBS Check will be completed by the employer free of charge
**Location** Ashford, Kent
* Number of hours available are flexible. There are 4 hours per week during the Term Time / 8 hrs per week during the Non Term Time available
* £12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay
