What You'll Be Doing
You'll be supporting clients in their own homes, helping them manage a range of complex needs while working towards their individual goals. What We Need From You
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
- Experience in complex care and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support
- Willingness to learn and up-skill, including completing all mandatory training
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team
- Patience, kindness, and compassion when supporting clients with varying needs
- Empathy and understanding, ensuring care is always person‑centred and respectful
- Reliability and commitment to providing consistent, high‑quality care
