What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting clients in their own homes, helping them manage a range of complex needs while working towards their individual goals. Your role is centred around enabling each person to live safely, comfortably, and as fulfilled as possible. What We Need From You

  • Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
  • Experience in complex care and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support
  • Willingness to learn and up-skill, including completing all mandatory training
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team
  • Patience, kindness, and compassion when supporting clients with varying needs
  • Empathy and understanding, ensuring care is always person‑centred and respectful
  • Reliability and commitment to providing consistent, high‑quality care
