Are you passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful difference? Completely Care is seeking committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our Day Centre team in various different locations in Oxford. If you’re enthusiastic about helping individuals with daily activities and growing your career in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support individuals with daily routines in a positive, respectful setting
✔ Assist with meals, medication, and personal care
✔ Promote independence and social interaction through activities and outings
✔ Work collaboratively with a friendly and supportive team to deliver excellent care
