Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension
Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home

About the job:
- Manage and maintain clear, accurate case files for financial crime investigations
- Carry out initial investigations and escalate cases appropriately
- Act as a key contact for fraud prevention agencies and law enforcement
- Support and advise victims of fraud by phone and email
- Provide sanctions advice and broader financial crime guidance to the business
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty

Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There's free on-site parking available and you'll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
