Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs?

A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Brentwood, Essex, is seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team as soon as possible.


As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
· Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
· Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
· Help pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
· Create a safe, encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued.
· Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams.


This SEN school supports pupils with a range of needs, including:
· Autism (ASC)
· Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
· Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
· Speech, language, and communication needs

We are looking for individuals who are:
· Patient, caring, and resilient.
· Passionate about supporting children with SEN.
· Able to build strong, positive relationships with young people.
· Confident working in a structured yet varied environment.
· Experienced in SEN (desirable), although full training will be provided.


Requirements
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
· Right to work in the UK.
· Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is an advantage.
