Role Overview
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality support to children, young people, and adults with neurodiversity, autism, and learning disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of settings including residential homes, schools, and community services, with consistent weekly hours available.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support, helping individuals develop independence and achieve their personal goals. Duties may include:
• Supporting with daily living tasks and personal care
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Encouraging participation in activities, education, and hobbies
• Following and contributing to individual support plans
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals
Skills & Experience
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and making a positive difference. Experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, or neurodiversity is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
You should be:
• Flexible and reliable
• Confident working a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights)
• Patient, resilient, and supportive in your approach
