Provide guidance and support to clinicians and multidisciplinary cancer services teams across Wales, collaborating with colleagues to develop and optimise data collection processes, promoting best practices and efficient workflows. Includes advice on the development of monitoring tools such as dashboards. Work autonomously within agreed policies and procedures on daytoday technical decisions, escalating exceptions and proposing solutions to complex data issues. Identify training issues using the DHCW Data Validation dashboard, deliver and manage on demand training materials and documentation to support cancer service teams equitably across Wales. Provide additional support for related information systems, such as the eprescribing solution, SCP and Radiotherapy datasets ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
