Crynodeb
As one service, both campuses of the Nottingham Neonatal Service share staff, guidelines, education, clinical research and clinical governance. The Passport to Health Scheme for determining outcomes at follow up and combined Annual report demonstrate that the service views itself as one entity. Nottingham Neonatal Service continues to enjoy an excellent reputation amongst the neonatal nurses. We are particularly proud of the recently completed review of the whole nursing structure, where emphasis is given to the development of competency-based practice.
