Crynodeb
Lead, support, and supervise the reception team in their daily duties. Ensure patients are welcomed and assisted in a professional and courteous manner. Oversee appointment bookings and patient enquiries (face-to-face, telephone, and online). Assist with staff rotas, training, development and performance guidance. Manage and resolve minor patient queries or concerns. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with NHS policies and practice procedures. Maintain high standards within the reception area and promote excellent customer service. Support the Management Team with reception operations and administrative tasks.
