Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to join a reputable Higher Education Institute on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an academic professional to deliver high-quality teaching and support students studying business-related programmes while contributing to the development of the curriculum and academic community.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops across business-related modules

Plan and prepare engaging teaching materials aligned with programme learning outcomes

Assess student work including assignments, presentations, and examinations, providing constructive and timely feedback

Support students' academic progress, research skills, and career development

Contribute to curriculum design, programme development, and academic quality assurance processes

Participate in academic meetings, moderation, and assessment boards

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, engagement, and performance

Provide academic support through tutorials and student guidance sessions

Engage with industry developments to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date
Requirements

A Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline (PhD desirable but not essential)

Previous teaching experience within Higher Education or Further Education

Strong subject knowledge across core business disciplines

Experience designing and delivering academic modules and assessments

Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills

Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
