About the role

Are you ready to take the lead in a role where your expertise truly matters?
We’re looking for a proactive Asbestos Supervisor to join our team and help us continue delivering a safe, high‑quality, and customer‑focused service to our tenants and leaseholders.

In this key position, you’ll be the driving force behind the safe and compliant delivery of asbestos management, surveying and removal works. You’ll oversee both our external asbestos contractors and, when needed, our dedicated in‑house team—ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards and fully aligned with the latest asbestos legislation and PCH in-house policy and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supervising asbestos management, surveying and removal activities
Ensuring full compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations and all relevant safety legislation
Managing and supporting contractors and in‑house staff to deliver exceptional service
Using and maintaining digital systems, including the Asbestos Register to ensure records to keep records accurate and up to date
Championing robust health and safety practices across all asbestos-related work
What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who takes pride in doing things right, keeping people safe, and leading by example. Our ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience in asbestos contract management
Demonstrable working knowledge of:
Health & Safety legislation
Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, ACoP L143 and associated guidance.
HSG 264: The Asbestos Survey Guide
Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005
Confidence using IT systems and updating information accurately
The ability to develop and embed strong health & safety systems and processes
