A well-established main dealer in Canterbury is looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to its successful showroom team.
This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious automotive sales professional to join a busy dealership selling both new and used vehicles, with a clear path to manufacturer accreditation and excellent earning potential.
The team is already performing strongly, with one of the six current Sales Executives averaging above the £60,000 OTE.
Responsibilities
• Selling both new and used vehicles within a busy main dealer showroom
• Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to handover
• Delivering a professional and consultative sales experience
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and completing manufacturer accreditation
Requirements
• Previous main dealer Sales Executive experience
• A proven track record in automotive sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated approach
• Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
• £12,000 basic salary, £14,000 once brand accredited
• OTE £60,000
• Company car
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
• Monday–Friday 8:30am–6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am–5:00pm (5-day week)
• Bank holidays on a rota 10:00am–4:00pm
