The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Directorate of Global Student Recruitment and Admissions. The Directorate is responsible for attracting and processing applications from prospective students from the UK and around the world.

The post holder will support the International Student Recruitment Team in their delivery of targets. In particular, they will administer the processes surrounding the university’s use of Educational Agents. This includes, but is not limited to, payment of commission, writing and maintaining contracts, and the keeping of records. The post-holder will also be responsible for the remote support and training of agent representatives in Keele’s non-active recruitment markets. They may, from time to time, be required to attend outward facing events with prospective students including agent events both in the UK and overseas, and will be expected to develop and refine key processes to ensure the efficiency of the agent management process.

You will have experience in a customer focussed role, and experience of working independently and dealing with a variety of stakeholders and complex queries. Some basic knowledge of current issues in higher education is required, and the successful candidate may have experience in this field, although not essential.
