Handyman - Voids
Location: Aberdeen
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, long-term work

We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman to work on void properties within blocks of flats. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work available for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Painting and patching works

  • Basic joinery repairs

  • Minor tiling tasks

  • General maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)

  • Previous handyman/maintenance experience within residential properties

  • Own tools and transport preferred (not essential)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
