Your new role
This is a newly created temporary customer services and admin job, joining a 4-person team to help them with a specific project. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Speaking to commercial customers and making them aware of service changes
• Ensuring customers understand the service changes
• Sending out new contract information for checking and return
• Follow up with emails sent to ensure the information is received back

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be:

• Immediately available.
• Have previous office-based customer service experience.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly.
• Previous administration experience.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Used to working in a methodical and processed manner.
