Key Responsibilities as a Learning Manager
- Leading on learning strategies and supporting teaching standards across your assigned year groups or departments
- Working with teachers and support staff to implement targeted interventions
- Supporting behaviour for learning, inclusion, and pastoral systems
- Using data to monitor progress, identify gaps, and help plan solutions
- Delivering small‑group learning sessions or academic mentoring where required
- Building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Contributing to whole‑school improvement and maintaining an aspirational culture
✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience working in education-ideally in a leadership or learning‑development role
- Strong understanding of teaching, learning, behaviour, or SEND support
- Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
- A proactive, resilient approach and a commitment to raising achievement
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
