Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated General Operative to join our team in NN8. This role will involve working in the bays and unloading containers, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours. Shifts will be communicated in advance, with a guaranteed 8:00 AM start time. The role requires strong attention to detail and good physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload containers, with two containers requiring approximately 8 hours of work.
* Support handling inbound and outbound cargo, specifically books.
* Ensure shipments are processed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Follow warehouse procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
