Location: Hybrid working across East & West MidlandsSalary: £33,777.43 per annum, plus company car and excellent benefitsSchedule: 40 hours per week. This is a shift-based role working various shifts including weekends, evening and bank holidays.

You’ll lead a team that makes a clear and positive impact every day. Your work will help improve service quality, strengthen operational consistency, and support better outcomes for people and communities who rely on us.
What you’ll do as a Field Service First Line ManagerYou’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead and support colleagues to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
- Ensure operational procedures are followed and contract compliance is maintained
- Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, quality, and service-level performance
- Promote a positive team culture aligned to the Serco Leadership Standard
- Support the Area Manager and provide effective cover when required

Vetting and checks:This role requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
